Hand-painted bracelets @ Tilla's

I have made a few bracelets lately. They are all hand-painted and covered in resin.
The bracelets are light to wear and will spice up your outfit of the day.

Wrap around bracelets made of freshwater pearls, swarovski, glass beads, faceted glass beads, hollow rubber tubing with silver colored chain and lobster clasp. These are long enough to be wrapped around the wrist three times to make a lovely statement. Love the dingledangle!

Dear Mum

Mum had her birthday on Tuesday and we are going to celebrate her on Saturday. Everyone in the clan is getting together at my parents' place for some good food and laughs.

I made this Pearl Twist necklace for her on her big day and it should match the bracelet she picked out from my bracelet stack a few months ago. I know she has used it a lot and wanted something that she could wear with it.
The color is as vibrant as she is and should match her good mood and chic style when she is at the local cafe with her friends.

At least she is ready for the summer (we just have to get through the winter first...). The sun will be returning soon though. It can come now. Mum is ready.

Red Pearl Twist bracelet

A new red Pearl Twist bracelet is born. This time a more wild and crazy one than its little sister. The sister has now gone to a new home so it was about time to get another in.

Savannah jewelry set

It's no way out of it. The autumn is on its way (and my oh my do I look forward to cool down a bit - yes!).
We have had 24C here today, unbearable, too muggy, way too hot and so on.
So I have been hiding behind the blindes doing some beading....and I have even used some autumn colors to welcome the chilly mornings. I think it works as well. It is supposed to rain tomorrow...

Firstly I have made a statement necklace. It is made of brown, autumn yellow and grey glassbeads and freshwater pearls. Some purple seed beads have been used as "spacers". As a focal point I have used tiger eye triangle beads and glass foil beads. The lock and extension chain are silver colored.

Illusion necklace with moonstone pendant

From Norway with love

Mother-in-law had her birthday in the end of July and I sent her this set of jewellery.
The beads I have used is Swarovski, glass beads, Czech beads and gold colored metal spacers, caps and lock. The beads are knitted in a spiral inside the pendant and bracelet.
The wire is black only on the bracelet and both black and purple on the necklace (pendant).
I hope she will like it. Happy birthday Jill!

Lollies on a string

I have been really efficient today and made another Pearl Twist bracelet!
These calming colors reminds me of lollies or berries...yum.... could almost eat it!

I have used pink, brown and burgundy colored freshwater pearls, rose quarts and amethyst chips and heaps of different beads that fitted in.

New Pearl Twist bracelet

You may remember the statement bracelet I made a while ago - if not, check the picture below...
I have now made another one with the same type of beads, just another color.
The last bracelet was a bit short, so I have made this one a little longer.
It is very chuncky, but not really heavy. I guess you can call it a statement bracelet (you don't need to wear any other jewelry when this is worn)....

I will make some more, so there will be more to come.

New spool knitted set

Here is my last spool knitted set of a necklace and a bracelet.
It is made of a bronze colored wire, pink and brown freshwater pearls and white Czech beads, seed beads, glass star focal point bead (looks like a Swarovski), gold toggle lock and cones.

Hola! The summer is here!

Hi again!

It was still white winter in Norway while I was making this bracelet. We had just gotten the phone call that we could go to Valencia, Spain for a couple of weeks. The summer colors came rushing to my mind and this is the result.

Not that it was summer in Valencia anyway, but that was the memory I had of the city when we previously lived there. In the meantime this bracelet is sold, but I will try to get hold of more of the same beads to make another one. The bracelet is quite heavy and is definitely being a "statement" bracelet.

Pearl Twist Bracelet

This is another technique that I learned in Anacortes.
It is called Pearl Twist "over there" where you embroider the beads into a spiral.

I have only made a few of these and need some more training. It takes a bit of time to make but it is good fun to do!

Turquoise Glass Bead Pearl Twist bracelet

This one was sold today but just to give you an idea what can be made. I am currently looking for more beads so there may be another similar one coming soon.

Cluster necklaces in turquoise and pink. Six rows of beads have been plated together. Assorted beads of swarovski, mother of pearl, rose quarts, crystals and seed beads have been used.

Wrap around faux leather bracelet.
It is made of pink, square swarovski & silver colored charms and lock.
It can also be used as a necklace.
Length: 56 cm long

"Savannah" statement necklace made of brown, autumn yellow and grey glass beads and freshwater pearls. As a focal point I ave used tiger eye triangel beads and glass foil beads. Purple seed beads are used as spacers. The clasp lock and extension chain are silver colored. 
The necklace is approx. 47 cm + 6 cm extension chain.
